Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation with offices in Glasgow and Dundee, is currently looking to recruit a Product Lead for a 7-month contract with possible extension on a rate of £433.20/day (Inside IR35). This role will be hybrid based with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-discovery activity across multiple workstreams
- Work in partnership with Product Owners to shape product direction
- Engage stakeholders to define and validate user needs
- Identify and prioritise problems and opportunities
- Manage risks, dependencies, and assumptions
- Support development of the three-year delivery plan
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery feasibility

Essential Skills:
- You should have experience in integrating products with other services
- You should have experience of planning and engaging with the appropriate stakeholders at various stages in the project
- You should have expertise in articulating the problem statement while also helping others to do so
- You should demonstrate experience in user-centred design to meet needs across a variety of channels, bringing insight and expertise in how user needs have changed over time to ensure they're met by the business
- You should be experienced in adapting the approach depending on the constraints
