Why Apply?

This is an opportunity for an experienced Product Lead, Principal Product Manager or Lead Product Manager to take ownership of product direction across two established B2B SaaS and digital platform products. You will lead discovery, prioritisation and delivery in a fast-moving environment focused on weekly releases, AI-assisted prototyping and insight-led product development.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, prioritisation and day-to-day product direction across two autonomous product squads.
  • Lead evidence-led discovery, framing problems, testing hypotheses and validating solutions with customers before development begins.
  • Drive high-cadence product delivery through small batches, frequent releases and clear ownership of outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data and senior stakeholders to turn customer and business insight into valuable product features.
  • Make decisive prioritisation and product trade-off decisions, ensuring teams remain focused on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Use modern AI tools and AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate product discovery and development.
  • Work alongside and coach an internal product hire, supporting knowledge transfer and the transition to a permanent product leadership model.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
