Product Lead
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Lead based in United Kingdom.
As a Product Lead, you will drive the strategic evolution of a mature business communications platform while identifying and launching new product opportunities. This role combines product strategy, market research, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and business needs. You will work closely with engineering teams, leadership, and customers to shape the long-term product vision and execute high-impact initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to influence both product direction and business growth in a fast-moving, international environment. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, building scalable B2B products, and creating new growth opportunities from the ground up, this role offers significant ownership and impact.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy and vision for a mature communications platform.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to support product expansion.
- Translate product ideas and validated hypotheses into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
- Collaborate across business, engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-value product initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to contribute to technical decision-making and product architecture discussions.
- Build and support a high-performing product organization aligned with strategic objectives.
- Drive the development of new product lines while ensuring continuous improvement of existing solutions.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex B2B products or technology platforms.
- Strong expertise in Product Discovery, product strategy, and roadmap development.
- Solid technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering teams.
- Experience defining long-term product vision and delivering strategic initiatives.
- Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous environments and successfully launch new products or business areas.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage customers, executives, and technical teams.
- Experience in communications platforms, CPaaS, messaging, voice technologies, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Professional proficiency in Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
