Product Lead – Agentic Payments Platform
You’ll play a pivotal role in redefining our payments infrastructure, spearheading the Agentic Payments Platform.
Your key responsibilities include:

Redefining industry workflows with AI-native capabilities:
- Designing long-term strategic direction for payment systems
- Diving deep into cross-functional solutions and driving delivery

Ownership of end-to-end payments infrastructure:
- Leading global development of the clearing and settlement platform that powers the movement of money across card networks, banks, ledgers, and merchant wallets
You’ll Focus On:
- Merchant experience: Simplifying onboarding and optimising the lifecycle, reducing complexity at every interaction
- Payment optimisation: Enhancing global flows with intelligent batching, fee netting, and dynamic routing to improve speed, accuracy, and cash velocity
- Infrastructure resilience: Ensuring reliability, regulatory compliance, and robust liquidity management for reporting and reconciliation
- AI-native deployment:
- Pioneering autonomous agent integration for AI-driven merchant interactions (personalised support, proactive insights, and real-time visibility)
You’ll collaborate across teams—product, engineering, design, and commercial—to bring cutting-edge payments solutions to life, shaping the back-end of one of the most dynamic AI-forward fintech platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech or platform products
- Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic performance; preference for technical or engineering backgrounds
- Technical fluency: Ability to engage in high-scale architectures for mission-critical systems
- Exceptional communication skills: Translate tech and business strategy clearly across teams
- Analytical prowess: Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Bias for execution: Grit, persistence, and determination to rapidly scale ideas into high-impact products
- Thrives in cross-functional, global environments
