Product Manager/Lead - AI

London-based only (hybrid, 1-2 days/week co-working). Applications from outside London won't be considered.

About the company

Trismik is a University of Cambridge AI spinout helping enterprises deploy AI more effectively and responsibly. Our first product analyses production agent workflows and provides evidence for safely replacing expensive LLM calls with cheaper alternatives.

The role

Reporting to the CEO, you'll own product strategy: what we build, change or stop. We're pre-product-market-fit, so here's the honest deal: for your first three months you drive strategy with the founders as final decision makers while you build context. After that, decision rights on roadmap, scope and priorities transfer to you. Founders keep commercial strategy and scientific direction.

What you'll do

  • Own the roadmap and be accountable for outcomes.
  • Talk to customers directly and turn insights into testable product hypotheses.
  • Run the cadence between Product, Science and Engineering, priorities clear, decisions made, work closed.
  • Prototype fast, then work with Engineering to ship validated ideas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for

  • You must have built and shipped AI or agentic products, this is a hard requirement.
  • Real 0 to 1 product experience: founding PM, early-stage lead, ex-founder, or technical consultant who owned what got built.
  • Deep AI fluency: LLM APIs, agentic systems, evaluation, traces, production failure modes. You hold the room with Science and Engineering. Formal AI education is a plus, but lived experience with agentic AI matters most.
  • Hands-on customer discovery or user research experience.
  • Product-first, with hands-on prototyping (e.g. Python) a strong plus.
  • Comfortable taking ambiguous problems to evidence-backed decisions without needing consensus on every call.
  • Enterprise AI deployment, evaluation or observability experience a plus.
