We are supporting a fast-growing technology business with the hire of a Product Lead to help take a new suite of AI-native products to market.

This is a key hire into a newly established product function, offering the opportunity to take ownership of multiple products, shape the roadmap and work directly with senior clients, technology teams and external engineering partners.

The successful candidate will combine strong B2B software product experience with commercial and client-facing capability. You will be comfortable operating at pace, managing multiple products, features and customers simultaneously, and translating customer requirements into products that can be delivered quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the roadmap across multiple AI-enabled products.
  • Lead product delivery from discovery and requirements through to launch and adoption.
  • Translate customer requirements into product briefs, user stories and prioritised backlogs.
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement and wider product ceremonies.
  • Work closely with engineering, technology and delivery partners to drive development.
  • Lead client product conversations, demonstrations, pilots and onboarding.
  • Contribute to product pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Establish product documentation, release processes and success metrics.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join at an early and important stage of a new AI product journey. You will work closely with senior leadership, take significant ownership of the product direction and have the opportunity to help build and lead the wider product function as the business scales.

The role would particularly suit someone who enjoys building rather than maintaining - taking ownership, moving quickly and working across technology, customers and commercial teams to bring new products to market.
