Product Lead — decide what a fast-growing AI game-creation app becomes. London, in person.
Our client runs a TikTok-style mobile feed built around a new kind of user-generated content, growing fast on consumer social loops.
This is the person who makes the call on what gets built — leading a team of ~10 across engineering, design and research, still in the detail daily.

What You'll Do
- Own product direction end to end, taking input from founders and Growth but making the call
- Lead a ~10-person team: PM, Eng Lead over 3 seniors + juniors, QA, UI, UX research
- Run a live A/B testing program and move headline metrics
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in product, 3+ owning a consumer mobile app (iOS + Android), 2+ leading people
- Owned product through the 100K→1M MAU climb, ideally social/UGC/short-form
- A real number next to a metric you moved — retention, sessions/day, or funnel conversion
£125,000–£155,000 gross per year plus equity — top of band for someone who clears every line above.
