👋 About Us

Every year, hundreds of thousands of homeowners could move but don't, and homes that could sell never reach the market. The property market is slower and more closed than it should be. Homesearch is building the intelligence layer that gets it moving, connecting people, homes and agents through data and AI. Our vision is a fully connected, faster, more open property market.

We're one of the UK's leading PropTech platforms for estate agents, helping them win more listings, understand their local market, and turn existing contacts into new instructions. Our products, including HAILO and ReContact, are picking up real momentum and fast becoming tools agents know and trust. We're a trusted partner to Reapit, Dezrez, Rex, MRI and other leading CRMs, and we're on our way to One Homesearch: a single, unified platform rather than a collection of tools.

💼 About the Role

This is a scoped, fixed-term contract, not a permanent hire. Your first project will be a real, specific product problem. We want you to figure out what to improve and where, and change the impact our customers can have with the software. You'll get closer to our agents than anyone, work out what's getting in their way, and make it effortless. When a product earns agents' trust, they roll it out from a handful of branches to hundreds. That's the prize.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a hands-on, executor-level role for three to six months. We're not asking you to build a function or hire a team. We're asking you to get close to the problem and fix it.

🔥 What You'll Do

  • Get close to the product: spend real time with agents to understand the job they're hiring it to do, and where it currently gets in their way.
  • Turn that into a simpler product experience, working alongside our product delivery manager and designer.
  • Set the metrics that prove things have improved, and track them through the engagement.
  • Bring independent judgement to the team, and challenge with evidence.
  • Work through ambiguity. We're a fast-moving team and not everything will be settled around you.

😊 About You

Senior and hands-on, ready to execute without a function or a team built around you.

  • A track record of turning something complex into something simpler: real evidence of removing friction, not just adding features.
  • You own discovery and roadmap decisions independently, and lead customer research yourself.
  • Strong with data. You self-serve on analytics and decide on evidence, not opinion.
  • Confident, not brash: you can challenge senior people with evidence.
  • Kind, collaborative, and a genuinely good communicator.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and quick to work through it rather than wait for it to resolve.
  • Fluent with AI day to day, with a real point of view on how to use it to move faster in product work.
  • Able to spend some time in our London office each week. Exact days flexible, designed around you.

✨ How We Work

Our values run through everything we do.

  • Remove Friction: make everything seamless.
  • Stay Curious: ask, learn, improve.
  • Own It: take the lead, own the result.
  • Raise the Bar: think big, deliver value.

We're high performers who care about the mission and each other. High standards, open communication, and no room for ego or politics.
