Product Lead - Digital Assets
| £120,000 (DoE) | London | Permanent | Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced Product Lead to join a growing digital assets business, sitting between institutional financial markets stakeholders and Engineering to shape and deliver complex digital-asset products and infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with business stakeholders to turn concepts into approved product initiatives and clear delivery plans.
- Leading multiple concurrent 2-week product sprints, prioritising requirements and breaking complex projects into manageable deliverables.
- Working closely with Product and Engineering to scope, triage and deliver initiatives across trading, settlement, tokenisation and blockchain.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven Product Management / Product Lead experience within financial services, fintech, digital assets or financial markets.
- Genuine crypto knowledge, with an understanding of how exchanges, market makers and brokers operate.
- Strong experience working with Engineering and institutional financial markets stakeholders to manage requirements, prioritisation and delivery.

- £120,000 base salary (DoE), plus benefits
