Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

The role

You’ll join the Finance Tribe at a pivotal stage of Wise’s growth. Wise has listed in the US and continues to expand globally. We are investing significantly in our finance technology, processes and teams so that we can meet the standards expected of a global financial technology company, while continuing to support Wise’s rapid growth.

As Product Lead, you’ll lead and grow a team of Product Managers and Implementation Managers, setting a high bar for product strategy, execution and ownership. You’ll set direction across a large cross-functional organisation, working closely with engineering, finance, controls, operations, analytics, data science and senior business leaders.

You’ll work on complex, high-impact problems. You’ll collaborate with teams across Wise on technically challenging problems that sit at the heart of how Wise operates as a global financial technology company.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
