About the role

Our Global business is a key growth driver at Rippling and our premium markets are the heart of that motion. This role will provide maximum responsibility and accountability: You will lead the UK and Ireland product, setting direction for one of our top 3 geographies. You will define what to build to hit growth targets and solve customer problems, jointly owning market strategy with your sales counterpart, and driving overall customer satisfaction. You are primarily measured by how much you can outperform the aggressive ARR targets we have set.

In this role, you will need to build deep market knowledge and understanding of customer needs, requiring you to dive into support tickets, sales calls, and implementation issues and abstracting them into product strategy. You will work closely with engineering, legal and compliance partners to build and with sales, implementation and support to launch and continuously improve the product. Your focus will never be myopic - everything you solve for your market needs to offer a configurable solution for all other markets. You think platform-first.

What you will do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap and execution for Rippling in UK & IE markets
  • Define path-to-sales strategy, including sequencing and scope
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements for payroll, HR, and adjacent products in the market
  • Deeply understand the legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in your jurisdiction and distill them into simple interfaces and user experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to drive execution and ensure you’re shipping successful product with velocity
  • Stay close to the data – build a deep understanding of what’s required to hit our ambitious goals
  • Leverage solutions beyond your local requirements - you think “global” as much as “local”

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
