What does it take to shape the future of an iconic automotive brand?
At Aston Martin, exceptional products begin with a clear understanding of our customers, our markets and the possibilities ahead. As our new Product Leader, you’ll help turn that understanding into product strategies that influence what we create, how we position it and how we bring it to customers around the world.
This is an opportunity to work at the centre of product, commercial and engineering decision-making. You’ll help define customer-focused products from their earliest stages, bringing together insight, creativity and commercial thinking to ensure every detail connects with our customers and strengthens the Aston Martin portfolio.
Working across Product Marketing, Take-To-Market, Engineering, Programme, Sales Operations and our regional teams, you’ll build the story behind our vehicles and help bring it to life. From product positioning, pricing and technology to options, colour and trim, your work will influence the choices that shape the customer experience.
You’ll look beyond today’s market to understand what is coming next. Through competitor benchmarking, customer research and performance analysis, you’ll turn complex information into clear recommendations that guide future product and lifecycle decisions. You’ll also play an important role in vehicle launch planning, helping to coordinate global pre-production and launch fleet requirements while ensuring teams across the business remain connected and aligned.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role is about influence rather than hierarchy. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and specialists across Aston Martin, bringing different perspectives together and building momentum around a shared product vision. You’ll manage varied priorities, navigate competing deadlines and communicate with clarity, confidence and purpose.
We’re looking for someone with strong automotive experience who combines strategic thinking with the ability to make things happen. You’ll understand how commercial, customer and technical considerations come together, and you’ll be comfortable moving between detailed analysis and the bigger picture.
You’ll bring strong business acumen, excellent planning and organisation skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly to senior audiences. Experience within marketing, sales or a commercial automotive environment would be valuable, as would a degree in business, marketing, engineering or another relevant discipline.
