Senior Product Manager
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the charge for our client, building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. They enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions.
Responsibilities:
Product Leadership:
- Drive the product roadmap and strategy, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Establish and optimize product management processes (agile, backlog, feedback loops).
- Collaborate closely with engineering on technical decisions and scalable architectures.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform product strategy and decisions.

Growth & Engagement:
- Design and implement growth-focused product experiments.
- Optimize UX/UI for engagement and retention.
- Manage and grow student ambassador and referral programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and community teams on growth initiatives.
- Define, track, and optimize key product and growth KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on product and growth leadership experience (ideally in a fast-growing app).
- Proven ability to lead and align stakeholders.
- Familiarity with game design/gamification (a plus).
- Technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineers.
- Expertise in end-to-end product development.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and A/B testing skills.
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth-focused product development experience.
