Our client, a specialist Litigation law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced England & Wales Qualified Lawyer to join them on a permanent basis in their London office, working as a Qualified Associate focusing on Product Liability.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and successful team of consisting of Partner, Senior Associates/Associates and Paralegals – focusing on Product Liability in a Group Litigation setting.

About the Role

As the successful Group Litigation Associate, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates on a specific claims case
  • Preparing correspondence to both opposing Counsel and for clients
  • Reviewing various legal documentation, prior to submission to the Court/Tribunal
  • Conducting extensive legal research and drafting of legal documentation
  • Leading a team of Paralegals (and other business professionals) to progress clients’ claims in a bulk setting
  • Resolving potential data issues and queries with gathering client information

Requirements

To be considered, you’ll need to have/be the following:

  • Be an England & Wales Qualified Lawyer / Barrister, minimum of 3+ PQE
  • Have experience working in Group Litigation or within Product Liability
  • Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
  • Ideally, have experience of supervising Trainees and/or Paralegals
