Job Title: Product Manager PLM
Job Location: London
Duration: 3-6 months
Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to support the delivery and ongoing implementation of PLM platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams, you will help drive delivery of the existing roadmap, manage requirements and priorities, and ensure successful adoption of the solution across the business. The role requires someone who can quickly understand the current programme, build strong stakeholder relationships, and work with business analysts and delivery teams to support the successful rollout and continuous improvement of the platform. This role reports to the Senior Product Manager, Core Product.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and rollout of the PLM programme, ensuring milestones and business objectives are achieved.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, Business Analysts, and technology teams to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring delivery priorities remain aligned to programme needs.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive alignment and effective decision making.
- Work with internal and external partners to support ongoing delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support testing, business readiness, training, and user adoption activities.
- Monitor delivery performance and help identify opportunities to improve business processes and user experience.
- Quickly develop a strong understanding of PLM processes, product development workflows, and the PLM solution to become an effective member of the programme team.
- Contribute to the successful transition from programme delivery into business-as-usual support and enhancement.

You will need to have:

- Experience working on a PLM implementation programme, ideally with PLM.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Senior Business Analysis roles.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes, requirements, and system capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience managing complex requirements and delivery challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Business Analysts, architects, developers, vendors, and delivery partners to deliver technology solutions.
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently.
- Experience within Fashion, Retail, or Product Development functions is desirable.
- Understanding of product development, sourcing, costing, and PLM processes would be beneficial.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programmes is advantageous.
