Golledge designs and supplies precision timing products including crystals, oscillators, TCXOs, VCXOs and OCXOs used in applications where accuracy, stability and reliability are critical, supporting customers worldwide across telecommunications, aerospace, industrial electronics and advanced technology sectors.

The Role

The Product Line Coordinator ensures that strategy is translated into clear operational actions, accurate systems data, and tangible deliverables across the business. This role acts as the execution engine for the product line, ensuring product information, lifecycle activities, pricing, documentation and system data are implemented accurately across internal systems and external platforms. The position requires strong organisation, analytical capability, and attention to detail, working closely with sales, operations, engineering and quality teams to ensure product strategy is consistently executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy Execution
    • Translate Product Line Manager strategy into operational actions and deliverables.
    • Coordinate implementation of product line decisions across systems and teams.
    • Ensure new initiatives, pricing strategies and portfolio updates are correctly implemented.

  • Product Data & System Management

    • Maintain accurate product master data within the WinMan ERP system.
    • Create and manage internal product codes and product structures.
    • Ensure alignment between ERP, internal documentation, and website product information.
    • Maintain product specifications, datasheets, and associated documentation.
  • Product Lifecycle Coordination

    • Maintain lifecycle status of products (Active, Preferred, NRND, Obsolete).
    • Coordinate End-of-Life (EOL) and Last Time Buy (LTB) processes.
    • Support identification of replacement or alternative products.
    • Work with operations and supply chain to monitor aging and obsolete inventory.
  • Product Change Management

    • Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Product Change Notifications (PCN).
    • Ensure product changes are documented, communicated and implemented correctly.
    • Maintain product change history and documentation records.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI)

    • Coordinate operational aspects of new product introductions.
    • Ensure new products are fully established within ERP systems and documentation.
    • Support launch readiness across sales, marketing and operations.
  • Pricing & Distribution Support

    • Maintain the master product price list.
    • Implement pricing updates across internal systems and external channels.
    • Support analysis of distribution performance and stocking strategies.

About you

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and coordination capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • ERP system experience (WinMan desirable)
  • Analytical capability with product and commercial data
  • Ability to translate strategy into operational execution
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills

Experience

  • Experience in electronics, technology, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • Exposure to product lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with product documentation and change control processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems and product data management
