We have a core belief that our toxic, sedentary lifestyles are making humans and the planet sick. So we're on a mission to change it.

At Vivobarefoot, we create regenerative footwear and experiences that reconnect people with nature and their natural potential. We're now looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded Product Line Manager to own and define the category.

📍 Based in Wrington, Bristol on a hybrid working basis.

The Role

As our PLM for Outdoor / Live, you'll be the business owner of the category sitting at the intersection of consumer insight, commercial strategy and product creation. Working within the Product Triad, you'll drive category direction from long-term vision through to seasonal execution, ensuring every product contributes to growth, profitability and Vivobarefoot's regenerative mission.

This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, thrives in cross-functional environments and cares as much about the 'why' as the 'what'.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the long-term strategy for the Outdoor / Live category, from multi-season roadmaps to seasonal execution.
  • Own the category portfolio building focused, productive assortments that drive growth, margin and consumer relevance.
  • Lead the Product Triad through the end-to-end product creation process, from brief to launch.
  • Manage category financial performance across revenue, margin, sell-through and inventory efficiency.
  • Be the consumer expert translating market insight, competitor intelligence and data into compelling product opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to create powerful product stories and support seasonal launches.
  • Champion regenerative thinking throughout product creation driving innovation in materials, processes and product solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
