An Exciting Opportunity Exists For Someone Who Is Passionate About Crushing Industry Within The Mining Sector.
This newly created position is focused on supporting our mining cones & ERC product range. This role will have the ability to influence our future development along with working closely with both our product group & global teams.
You will become a member of the Crushing business unit, reporting to the global product line manager of mining crushers.
Details About The Position And The Requirements To Be Considered For The Role Are:
Your responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers
- Conduct site visits and support the business in converting opportunities
- Act as the subject matter expert for product performance, field applications, and value optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs, machine performance, and operational efficiency.
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment and components.
- Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification, vendor development, and technical evaluations.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support R&D projects, and contribute to product portfolio development and quality standards.
- Identifies Sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials, etc.

What you bring
- Cone crusher technical & applications knowledge specifically in mining applications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven success in a technical, product support, or engineering-focused role within mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams in a technical support capacity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical training and influence stakeholders globally.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
