Shape the Future of the Taste Category

At Electrolux Group, we strive every day to shape living for the better for our consumers, our people and our planet. Through collaboration, innovation and a commitment to sustainable living, we create solutions that improve everyday life for millions of people worldwide.

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Product Line Taste Director to lead one of our most important categories across the UK & Ireland. This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for driving category strategy, profitable growth, market share and portfolio performance, while ensuring consumer needs remain at the heart of every decision.

As a member of the Commercial Area Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in translating global product strategies into impactful local market results. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy, category management and consumer insight, you will help shape the future direction of the Taste category while delivering sustainable growth across brands and channels.

About The Role

As Product Line Taste Director, you will lead the commercial performance of the Taste category across the UK & Ireland, with ownership of category growth, profitability, pricing, assortment strategy and market execution.

  • You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Central Product Line teams to identify growth opportunities, optimise portfolio performance and ensure successful delivery of product launches and activation plans.
  • Combining strategic thinking with strong commercial execution, you will use consumer, market and competitor insights to influence decision-making, enhance competitiveness and strengthen our market position across key channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
