Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Product Management Graduate– 2 Year Graduate Programme (September 2027)

We have the opportunity for someone new to join our team as a Product Graduate where the primary role will be to support the Product Managers in ensuring the success of the current series vehicles during the lifecycle in all worldwide markets.

The role will have primary responsibility to support, align, and resolve sales and marketing product topics for the vehicle throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for the creation of Product Bulletins and Market Intelligence within the Product Management team. Note that in addition to the placement within Product Management, you will have the opportunity to experience two 3-month placements in other areas of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, which will be designed to provide a broad overview of the Company.

What will you be doing?

  • Product Management: To support product feature content and pricing to establish a competitive product offering and ensure market success on an International level.
  • Product Definition: To support the delivery of Brand and Client requirements into deliverable engineering metrics, to ensure successful product development in-line with business case targets.
  • Product Communications (Bulletins): To develop, distribute, and present Product Bulletins to ensure the product is fully understood by dealers and regional partners.
  • Market Intelligence: To collate and analyse competitor data to ensure the competitiveness of Rolls-Royce products in the market.
  • Bespoke Collection Cars: To manage and deliver product feature content and pricing to produce a profitable and successful global product, capable of creating marketing impulses and driving dealer traffic.
  • Show cars: Provide support in determining show car proposals for all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars model lines.
  • Model Year pricing: To support the process of harmonising and communicating Model Year pricing information, base pricing, options, and bespoke.

Qualifications

  • Graduated or working towards a degree in a Business or Technical related area, with a 2:1 or above
  • High appreciation for the Automotive and Luxury industries
  • Client Orientation
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Willingness to work in a flexible, multi-disciplinary team
