Serving more than 89,000 merchants across Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, KPay helps unlock growth potential by building a one-stop platform for financial management, business operations, and digital transformation.

This role will be based in either London or Manchester.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, proactive and hands-on Product Management Intern to support KPay's expansion into the UK market.

As part of the Product team, you’ll gain first-hand exposure to how a fintech company researches a new market, understands customer needs, localises products and brings new solutions to market.

You’ll work closely with our Product, Sales, Operations and Compliance teams both in the UK and Asia, helping us understand the needs of UK SMEs and translate those insights into actionable product improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in fintech and payments and wants to learn what it takes to build and launch products in a new market.

What You'll Do

Market & Customer Discovery

  • Conduct research on the UK fintech, payments and SME landscape to identify market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
  • Support customer and merchant research to understand their needs, pain points and workflows.
  • Gather feedback from Sales, Support and Operations teams and translate insights into potential product opportunities.
  • Help identify gaps between KPay's existing products and the needs of UK merchants.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
