As a team:

We are looking for experienced Product professionals to join our vibrant Product practice, based at our London offices on a full-time, permanent basis.

Within our team, you will learn to leverage artificial intelligence alongside other cutting-edge technologies and innovative methodologies.

You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of tools and techniques that will help you stay at the forefront of technology and engineering memorable, differentiated, and captivating customer experiences. By leveraging these technologies, we ensure that we create significant value for our clients, driving their success and satisfaction. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training and career support to help you grow and advance in your professional journey.

As a Product Management Specialist you will:

  • Work with client teams to help define and evolve product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and measurable outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain product roadmaps, helping prioritise features and capabilities based on value, technical feasibility, customer insights, and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and delivery to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable development plans.
  • Support the end-to-end product development process, helping to manage priorities, backlogs, dependencies, and release plans in Agile environments.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics, using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions, improve product performance, and demonstrate value.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, communicating product decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations effectively.
  • Champion responsible and ethical AI practices, ensuring AI-enabled products and features are developed in line with regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and user needs.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies and AI innovations, applying new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve product outcomes and ways of working.
  • Share product management knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to communities of practice and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
