Product Management Specialist (Maternity Cover)

📍Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire (CV35 0RR)
⏰Hours: 40 hours per week

đź’·Rate: Up to ÂŁ35.78 per hour (Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Specialist to join a leading automotive organization on a maternity cover contract. This role will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from strategy and planning through to delivery and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will analyse market trends, identify customer needs, define product features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product solutions. You will also provide product expertise to support key business decisions and future product direction.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Product Management or Product Strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and influence decision-making.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
