Product Manager

Manchester (Hybrid | 2 Days Per Week Onsite)

Contract - Inside IR35

£75 per hour - 40 hours a week

Digital Skills are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a leading digital organisation, driving the evolution of customer engagement and loyalty experiences used by millions of customers globally.

This is a highly collaborative role, working across multiple product, engineering and business teams to deliver seamless customer experiences throughout the user journey. You'll be responsible for shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps and delivering customer-focused solutions that drive engagement, retention and measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product delivery expertise with excellent stakeholder management, a passion for customer experience and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

The Role

As Product Manager, you'll own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, working across a broad range of stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and create exceptional customer experiences.

You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, UX, Research, Analytics and Marketing teams to understand customer needs, validate solutions through experimentation and deliver products that improve customer engagement and long-term loyalty.

This role requires someone comfortable operating within a complex environment, influencing multiple teams and balancing customer, commercial and technical priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product strategy, roadmap and priorities for a customer-facing product area.
  • Work across multiple teams to drive alignment and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, Design and Research teams to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use customer insights, analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives, forming hypotheses, measuring outcomes and scaling successful solutions.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with engineering teams to balance customer needs with technical considerations.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across product, technology and business functions.
  • Effectively communicate priorities, progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Product Management experience within a digital or technology-led environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to gain buy-in across large organisations.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journeys and user-centred product development.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and data-led product development.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback, analytics and research into actionable product outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and discussing product trade-offs.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
