The Role
Responsibilities
As our Product Manager, you will:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of product strategy for a core Light area—from 0→1 to scaling.
- Transform complex financial workflows into intuitive, AI-powered experiences that delight users.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship high-impact products quickly.
- Clarify ambiguity: define clear priorities, metrics, and direction aligned with Engineering and GTM (Customer Success & Sales).
- Collaborate directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to uncover user insights and pioneer new automation features.
- Embrace decisiveness with sharp trade-offs: balancing speed, precision, and tangible impact.

Qualifications
- Multi-disciplinary experience in product development, engineering, or design at a high-growth SaaS startup or AI company.
- Proven ability to translate vision and user needs into actionable guidance for engineering teams.
- Influential communication across stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI or emerging tech to boost productivity, insights, or decision-making, with a first-principles mindset.

- Structured thinking—ability to distil complexity into clear paths forward.
- Analytical seniority—thinking in systems, data, and user-centric numbers.
- Crystal-clear communication with precision in writing.
- Bias for action—prefer testing over theorising endlessly.
- Intersection curiosity—how finance, automation, and AI can revolutionise workflows.
Bonus Skills
- Fintech, accounting, or payment systems experience (B2B focus).
- Exposure to automation, data-heavy platforms, or ML-driven workflows.
- Small-team go-to-market with cross-functional output.
- Technical fluency—speaking APIs and workflows fluently with engineers.
- Startup founder/operator history or strategy consulting (MBB equivalent).
