I’m looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a digital product within a public-sector environment, helping shape improvements that deliver genuine value for users.
This is an opportunity for someone who is pragmatic, commercially minded and focused on getting things done, comfortable working with a small multidisciplinary team and making smart prioritisation decisions in a complex stakeholder environment.

You’ll own the product backlog and prioritisation, balancing user needs, organisational outcomes, accessibility, dependencies, risk and effort to ensure the team is always focused on the highest-value work.
What I’m looking for:
- Strong Product Management experience
- Proven experience owning and prioritising a product backlog
- Strong understanding of user needs, product outcomes and value
- Experience making prioritisation decisions across competing needs, risks and dependencies
- Ability to translate evidence and user insight into product improvements
- Experience working closely with UX, Content Design and User Research teams
- Experience delivering digital products, websites or online services
- Comfortable working in an Agile / sprint-based environment
- Strong understanding of accessibility and user-centred design
- Health, social care or public-sector experience would be highly beneficial
