Connectivity Product Manager – UC&C & AV
Drive one of the UK's leading UC&C and AV technology portfolios.
Northamber is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of our growing connectivity portfolio. If you're passionate about Unified Communications, Audio Visual technology, and building successful vendor partnerships, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
You'll be responsible for the commercial success of the product range—working closely with the Head of UC&C & Networking, our sales teams, and reseller partners to grow revenue, maximise profitability, and deliver market-leading solutions.
This is a highly visible role where you'll influence pricing strategy, product launches, stock management, vendor programs, and major customer opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Product & Portfolio Management
- Own and develop the connectivity portfolio.
- Manage product lifecycle and portfolio positioning.
- Identify new technologies and market opportunities.
- Provide commercial and product expertise across the business.

Commercial Strategy & Pricing
- Develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Maximise margins and profitability.
- Manage promotions, rebates, and vendor campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Stock & Inventory
- Ensure the right products are available at the right time.
- Forecast demand using sales data and market intelligence.
- Work with purchasing to optimise inventory.
- Reduce ageing stock and improve stock turns.
Vendor Management
- Build strong relationships with multiple vendor partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations and vendor programs.
- Participate in business reviews and strategic planning.
- Deliver joint Go-To-Market initiatives.
Bid & Opportunity Management
- Support large reseller opportunities and project bids.
- Secure special pricing and deal registrations.
- Help maximise bid win rates.
- Track project performance and pipeline.
Customer & Sales Engagement
- Build relationships with key reseller partners.
- Support major customer opportunities.
- Deliver product training and sales updates.
- Gather market feedback to influence future strategy.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in AV or UC distribution.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience managing products, pricing, and inventory.
- Confident negotiating with vendors.
- Excellent communication and relationship management.
Desirable
- Previous experience working with connectivity.
- Experience supporting large projects and bids.
- Knowledge of UC, collaboration, and AV technologies.

Salary
Up to £34,000 basic (DOE) + £10,000 OTE
