At Cancer Research UK, we exist to beat cancer.

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and grow compelling fundraising and engagement propositions that inspire audiences, deepen supporter relationships and deliver long-term value for the charity.

Working collaboratively across Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement and with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll use audience insight, innovation and commercial thinking to develop and optimise products and experiences that support our mission.

While this role will work across a broad portfolio, it will also have a particular focus on supporting the development and growth of our events fundraising products, helping create engaging experiences that motivate people to take action and raise vital funds for life-saving research.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the development and delivery of the product strategy for our events fundraising portfolio, creating experiences that attract, engage and retain supporters.
  • Working with the Senior Proposition Manager to create and implement innovative, audience-led product and proposition plans that drive long-term growth.
  • Collaborating across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data & Insights and Strategy teams to deliver seamless supporter journeys and compelling campaigns.
  • Using audience insight, market trends and performance data to identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation and growth.
  • Helping shape product roadmaps and priorities to ensure propositions are continuously optimised and future-focused.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering a collaborative culture that drives shared ownership and successful outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
