Hozelock is one of the UK's most trusted gardening brands, and we're looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to help grow and optimise our product portfolio across the UK and international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing data, understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, and influencing commercial decisions that drive growth.

This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the International Category Manager - Watering. You’ll work four days a week from our Minworth, Sutton Coldfield office, with one day working from home.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse sales, margin, pricing and product performance data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and product range performance.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support product positioning and commercial decisions.
  • Support product lifecycle management, including range reviews and discontinuations.
  • Create product training materials and support UK and international sales teams.
  • Drive packaging and product presentation improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver category objectives.

About You

You'll have:

  • Experience in Product Management, Category Management, Commercial Analysis or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding.
  • Experience interpreting sales data and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
