As part of this growth, we are supporting the appointment of a Product Manager to join a highly experienced team.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to take significant ownership within a growing product function, working on the platforms and solutions that help businesses make smarter commercial decisions at scale.

You'll partner closely with engineering, data, and commercial teams to take products from concept through to production, defining and delivering a roadmap that drives real business impact.

It's a role with genuine ownership, high visibility, and the chance to influence product direction from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to define clear requirements and deliver features that make a meaningful difference
• Translate complex customer and market insights into well-defined product opportunities
• Lead discovery and validation activity, including user research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• Define and track success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making
• Communicate product vision and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real-world needs
• Contribute to building out the product function as the Belfast team grows
