Product Manager - Cutting-Edge SaaS/AI
Location: Central Bristol - Hybrid
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Peaple Talent are partnered with an innovative, well-funded UK tech business at the forefront of the sovereign AI/SaaS space to recruit a dynamic Product Manager based in Bristol.
Focusing on empowering businesses through innovative technology, our client develops intelligent, automated solutions that streamline customer workflows and optimise commercial efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven experience running a product for a team with primary responsibility for roadmap definition and delivery over 3 to 6 months.
- Strong experience and knowledge of agile software development.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Degree or equivalent in a business or IT related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities:
- Roadmap & Strategy Ownership: Define, maintain, and deliver product roadmaps and backlogs across one or more products, using discovery and validation techniques to evaluate value and guide prioritisation.
- Requirement Engineering: Gather requirements directly from customers, stakeholders, and product peers, translating them into clear epics, features, user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within an agile delivery trio alongside engineering, UX, and delivery leads to refine stories, run sprints, resolve blockers, and hit product goals.
- Performance & Analytics: Track product performance metrics to identify potential issues early, measure delivered value, and inform ongoing backlog decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication & Documentation: Coordinate with internal teams, lead functional project workstreams, and produce essential product collateral including release notes, reporting, and training materials.
- Discipline & Practice: Participate in wider product excellence initiatives to continually refine internal ways of working, assisting with functional recruitment when required.
