Description

Job Title: Product Manager

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in London office)

We’re Pod – one of the UK’s leading EV charging providers, trusted by over 250,000 customers and powering more than 5 million miles every single day. But behind the numbers is a team of passionate people working together to shape a smarter, more sustainable future.

We started off in 2009 as Pod Point, helping people make the switch to electric as EVs began to hit the road. Today, we’re leading the way into a smarter energy future. As part of the EDF family – the UK’s biggest generator of zero-carbon electricity – we have the strength and stability to grow for the future.

And we’ve started that growth already. In 2026, we welcomed EO Charging into the Pod family, bringing together Pod’s strengths in home, workplace, public and smart charging with EO’s specialist fleet and depot charging technology. The acquisition significantly expands our commercial fleet and energy management capabilities. Together, Pod and EO are helping logistics, transport and operational fleet customers electrify at scale, optimise charging performance and make better use of existing grid capacity.

Pod is the next evolution of Pod Point. As electrification becomes everyday, Pod is here to help build a brighter future for society by managing the flow of energy, making it affordable, accessible, and for the benefit of everyone. With 250,000 customers already trusting us to be at the heart of their EV life, we see Pod playing a leading role in the UK’s increasingly electrified future. Our focus is on powering not just homes and vehicles, but local communities and social progress.

Pod is here to help build a brighter future for society by managing the flow of energy, making it affordable, accessible, and for the benefit of everyone.

About The Role

We're at a pivotal point in our customer experience transformation, and this role will have a real opportunity to shape how we support our customers for years to come. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, challenges assumptions, and thrives on turning complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. You'll have the freedom to influence product direction, work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, and see the direct impact of your work on both our customers and our teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Own Product Requirements and Roadmap - You’ll lead discovery and requirements gathering across Customer Support, Operations, and Technology teams, translating stakeholder needs into clear, prioritised product requirements and roadmap initiatives
  • Shape and Refine the Product Backlog - You’ll challenge assumptions, analyse edge cases, and ensure every requirement is clearly defined, understood, and aligned to customer and business outcomes before entering delivery
  • Lead CRM Product Development - You’ll work closely with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, to define and deliver solutions that enhance customer interactions, improve operational efficiency, and support future growth
  • Drive Customer Experience Transformation - You’ll help define and deliver the future-state customer journey, creating scalable processes and systems that provide a consistent and high-quality experience for customers and service teams
  • Bridge Business and Technology Teams - You’ll convert business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that Product, Engineering, and CRM specialists can confidently deliver against
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships - You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation, ensuring priorities are understood, progress is communicated clearly, and risks or dependencies are proactively managed.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement - You’ll use customer feedback, operational insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and help deliver ongoing product improvements
  • Drive Continuous Improvement - You’ll identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, asset visibility and inventory management practices, helping the business scale efficiently
  • Use Data to Drive Product Decisions - You’ll leverage customer insights, operational metrics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, validate priorities, and measure the impact of product changes. You'll ensure decisions are grounded in evidence and focused on delivering measurable value for both customers and the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
