About Finx1
FINx1 is a London-based fintech building a low-code platform that enables banks and fintechs to launch modern digital banking experiences across iOS, Android and web. Our platform helps customers deliver everything from onboarding and payments to savings, lending and cards, working alongside leading partners across the fintech ecosystem.

About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager who enjoys the variety that comes with working in a startup.
Unlike a typical Product Manager role, you'll split your time between evolving the FINx1 platform itself and working directly with clients to design and deliver solutions using it. Some days you'll be shaping reusable platform capabilities that benefit every customer; other days you'll be helping clients turn their requirements into intuitive digital banking experiences.
This role combines elements of Product Management, Product Ownership and UI/UX Design. You don't need to have done all of these before—we're looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, good product instincts and a willingness to learn.
As a growing team, everyone gets involved beyond their core responsibilities. We're looking for someone who embraces that mindset, enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to help shape not only the product, but also how our Product team operates as we continue to grow.

What you'll be doing
Platform Product
- Discover, define and design new capabilities for the Finxone platform.
- Research competitor products, industry trends and emerging ideas.
- Gather and scope internal product initiatives.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering to refine requirements and shape scalable platform features.
- Help influence the future direction of the product.
Client Solutions
- Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and business goals.
- Scope new requests, identifying whether they can be solved through existing functionality, configuration or new platform development.
- Design user journeys, wireframes and applications using the Finxone platform.
- Present designs, refine solutions and support clients throughout delivery.
Product Team
- Help shape and continuously improve our Product processes, tooling and ways of working.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA and Project Management to deliver high-quality solutions.
We're looking for someone who...
- Enjoys working in a startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Is comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping outside their core responsibilities when needed.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills and plenty of common sense.
- Is curious, proactive and enjoys learning new skills.
- Can confidently work with clients, understand their needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Has an eye for good user experience, even if they're not a dedicated UI/UX Designer.
- Communicates well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Wants to help build and improve the way a Product team operates, not just follow existing processes.

Must have
- 1+ year experience in a Product Management, Product Ownership, UI/UX design, or similar product-focused role.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience in one or more of the following would be a bonus
- Creating wireframes, user journeys or product designs.
- A technical background or experience in software development.
- Fintech, banking or financial services.
- Configurable platforms, FEaaS or low-code/no-code products.
