Job Description: Product Manager (Mobile App – Crypto Dealing / Trading)

Job Title: Product Manager
Location: London
Department: Digital Product / Mobile App
Reports To: Product Director
Type: 12 month Contract – Inside IR35 (Day Rate) | 3 Days in Office

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Product Managers to support the delivery of a high-visibility mobile app products on our Crypto Dealing platform. The role sits within a high-growth digital product function responsible for launching new investing experiences across multiple global markets.

You will take ownership of the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working closely with engineering teams across APAC, the Middle East, and Europe. The environment is fast-paced, commercially driven, and requires someone who can operate autonomously with minimal onboarding. Ideal for a product professional who excels in dynamic, ambiguous settings and knows how to deliver value quickly.

  • End-to-end ownership of a mobile product (Crypto or Share Dealing).
  • Conduct customer interviews and turn findings into actionable product requirements.
  • Create full customer journeys, BA-level documentation, and functional specifications.
  • Prioritise and deliver quick MVPs that drive measurable product impact.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering in Agile squads.
  • Oversee product testing, flows, and readiness activities ahead of multi-market launches.
  • Analyse customer usage, commercial performance, and behavioural data to inform decisions.
  • Work effectively with international engineering teams across multiple time zones.
  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Bring structure, clarity, and calm problem-solving to a high-pressure environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background as a Product Manager / Product Owner within mobile app environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver fast MVPs with little onboarding support.
  • Commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable making prioritisation decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills across varying stakeholder groups.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed tech teams.
  • Calm under pressure, confident in ambiguity, and able to self-start.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Preferred Experience

  • Crypto, trading, investment, or financial services product experience.
  • AI-savvy (comfortable using AI tools to create documentation and analyse insights).
  • Previous work in high-growth fintech or multi-market product environments.
  • Exposure to regulated industries or cross-border product launches.

Working Pattern

  • 3 days per week in the London office
  • Inside IR35 day-rate contract
  • Fast-moving, growth-focused digital product environment
