Job Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Product Management Leader with expertise across Digital Platforms and Servicing requirements. You’ll lead the strategy and roadmap for one of our Servicing squads, as well as support, help guide, mentor and coach Product Owners within our Tribe. This role requires extensive stakeholders experience, a track-record of using data effectively to drive improvements that enhance member self-service capabilities, member and colleague satisfaction, as well as delivering operational transformation. As the Product Manager, you’ll shape the product vision and influence across teams. You’ll foster a continuous improvement mindset, delivering value iteratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives and customer needs, translating it into actionable strategies.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and support Product Owners, helping them refine backlogs, opportunity sizing, gap analysis and upskilling in disciplined product management practices.
  • Support multiple squads and work streams simultaneously, balancing empowerment with hands-on involvement and providing constructive critique.
  • Analyse processes and performance data to identify opportunities for automation, innovation and efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and digital self-service for members.
  • Navigate complex internal stakeholder ecosystems effectively, advocating for product vision and delivery.
  • Maintain a strong foundational understanding of AI and stay aware of evolving industry trends.

Work Arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager
  • Preferred experience within regulated environments such as financial services or insurance.
  • Strong ability to lead discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis and data-driven insights, uncovering operational pain points and innovative opportunities.
  • An understanding of SaaS products
  • Preferred experience and knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design (UCD) and operations, fostering a collaborative and iterative development driven culture.
  • Expert in agile practices, customer-centric design and delivering iterative value at scale.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, capable of engaging senior executives, translating complex concepts into clear strategies and driving organisational change.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering high-impact user experiences.
