About the Role: Product Manager
We're seeking a Product Manager to join Suveraās fast-growing Product team at a critical stage in our developmentāa chance for you to drive bold, end-to-end ownership of a product while scaling alongside us. This role suits a PM who thrives with independence, curiosity, and confidence, someone who not only prioritises new opportunities but deeply understands their core challenges and refines solutions iteratively.
As the primary product decision-maker, youāll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams, advocating for data-backed choices while fostering clear communication. This position reports directly to Suveraās CEO, reinforcing the direct impact of your role.
Salary & People Process
- Competitive salary: Ā£55ā65k per annum (DOE)
- Note: A Disclosure check (according to UK DBS standards) will be mandatory post-offer.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leading Discovery & Unblocking Delivery
- Independent discovery: Run user interviews, stakeholder alignment, and data synthesis
- Translate findings into actionable product requirements, iteratively refining them during delivery
2. Data-Informed Prioritisation
- Use Mixpanel/Omni to uncover actionable product insights
- Ensure evidence-based prioritisation; push back on requests lacking data or strategy
3. Platform & Engineering Alignment
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineers, understanding constraints while forming user-centric technical solutions
- Influence API, system design and product architecture decisions
4. Contributing to Product Strategy
- Shape vision and roadmap, reinforcing Tempusās goals across patient workflows, clinical integration, and practice tools
What Youāll Bring
Essential Requirements
ā 2ā5 years of startup product management experience (preferably with technical/design partners, or transitioning from within these domains) ā Agile, scrappy, and solution-orientedācomfortable thriving in ambiguous ā0-to-1ā environments ā Self-driven prioritiser: Command confidence in scoping unknowns and turning messy findings into clear requirements and success metrics ā Strong user instinct + genuine curiosity to understand the dietary needs of varied stakeholders:
- Patients managing long-term conditions
- NHS GPs
- Care advisors ā Technical fluency: Able to:
- Speak confidently to API docs, architecture, and system design
- Debate trade-offs with engineers in implementation ā Data literacy: Proficient in Mixpanel/Omni tools to blend quantitative and qualitative insights across planning, iterations, and progress reporting ā Communication that sticks: Persuade engineers, designers, clinic stakeholders, and co-founders using straight talk ā Accountability/crisis comfort: Own errors with humility, maintain composure when opinions clash under pressure, model restoranous leadership

Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with healthtech (or similar regulated tech spaces)
- Hands-on experience in or near clinical environments (NHS or NHS-adjacent teams)
- Deep usability in/preference for tools: Figma, Linear, Mixpanel, or GitHub
- Background in API design, data modelling, infrastructure
Work Arrangement
We expect 3 days in-office (for team connection) with flexibility to work hybrid.
