Job Description: Product Manager
I am partnering with a truly tech-driven MGA looking for a Product Manager to work across multiple innovative bespoke products and take ownership of their Broker Relationship Management (BRM) product, working across Distribution, Revenue Operations and broker-facing teams to improve broker lifecycle, trading workflows and user experience.
An opportunity to have your voice heard. We are looking for someone who understands insurance workflows, knows where the friction is, and has the experience to help solve it.
This is a genuine product management role. Insurance experience is important, but so is a strong product mindset. We want to hear about the value you've delivered, the problems you've solved, and the impact you've made.
About the Role:
This is an outcomes-focused role where you'll balance stakeholder needs, customer insight and commercial priorities to deliver products that improve efficiency, support growth and enhance the broker experience.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work is clear, testable and aligned to business priorities.
- Partner with Distribution, Revenue Operations and broker-facing teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities and shape product direction.
- Translate business needs into features, epics and user stories that enable effective delivery.
- Work closely with engineering and QA to deliver customer-focused solutions from discovery through to release.
- Map and improve broker lifecycle, CRM and trading workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Use data, user feedback and business insight to prioritise work, measure success and continuously improve the product.
- Balance customer needs, business objectives and technical considerations to maximise product value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
