About the Role

The Product Manager plays a key role in the product function, supporting the day-to-day delivery of product governance activities and helping to ensure the product range remains fit for purpose. The role is responsible for producing analysis, management of information and documentation that support product approvals, fair value assessments, target market reviews, and ongoing product monitoring.

A dual-hatted role

The Product Manager supports product governance across Progeny Wealth and provides equivalent support to Progeny Asset Management (PAM). This includes preparing ACD governance materials, Assessment of Value inputs, and fund oversight reporting. The role ensures that governance is not just designed but consistently evidenced, maintaining a complete, accurate and audit-ready record of product decisions and governance activity.

Key Areas of Focus

Product Governance Delivery

  • Preparing product approval, product change, and periodic review packs;
  • Maintaining target market and distribution documentation; and
  • Ensuring the governance calendar is met on time and to standard.

PAM / ACD Support

  • Producing the data, analysis, and documentation required for ACD governance and the annual Assessment of Value across the PAM fund range, including cost, performance, quality of service, and comparable market rates analysis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
