Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap definition, prioritization, and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX/UI, and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
- Gather and analyze customer, business, and market requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, risk, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and stakeholder reviews.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product priorities and release plans.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and data to continuously improve the product.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Support product launches, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.
- Strong experience managing digital products and technology platforms.
- Proven experience defining product strategy and managing product roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product/project management tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and product requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Experience with cloud-based products, APIs, microservices, and data platforms.
- Experience with product analytics and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar.
- Experience with B2B / enterprise products.
- Product management certification is a plus.
