David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Senior Product Manager for its R&D team. The role sits at the intersection of product, AI, data, and engineering, with a strong focus on rapid experimentation, AI-native prototyping, growth initiatives, and shipping functional product changes with high autonomy.
Position: Product Manager
Location: Europe/ASIA, Remote
Employment type: B2B engagement preferred
Remuneration: Competitive total package.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive rapid product experimentation across A/B tests, growth experiments, and new features
- Build, prototype, and ship functional product changes end-to-end
- Use AI coding tools to prototype, code, analyze data, and contribute through pull requests
- Work closely with designers and developers while remaining technically autonomous
- Connect product metrics to product decisions and define appropriate success measures
- Analyze experiment and feature results and use insights to drive further iterations
- Own ambiguous product work from initial concept through delivery and measurable impact
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance, growth, and user experience
- Work directly with the Co-founder & CTO and cross-functional teams
- Unblock product and technical challenges independently
- Continuously explore and apply new AI tools and techniques
- Move quickly through experimentation, iteration, and product delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
- Senior-level product management or closely related product experience
- Proven experience building and shipping functional products, features, or prototypes
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
- Ability to use AI tools for coding, prototyping, data analysis, and contributing to pull requests
- Professional evidence of AI-native building and shipping is strongly preferred
- Strong data fluency with the ability to connect metrics to product decisions
- Experience defining success metrics, analyzing results, and driving iterations based on data
- Strong curiosity and independent exploration of AI tools
- Strong bias for action and high level of agency
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work directly with designers and developers, particularly on web products
- Technical autonomy and willingness to get hands-on with product development
- 100% comfort building and shipping products involving uncensored, adult-oriented content
- Fluent English
- Design fluency is an advantage
- Experience in fast-scaling B2C, consumer technology, entertainment, or gaming companies is an advantage
- Developer or designer background transitioning into product is welcome
- Experience with consumer-facing products is an advantage
