Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid Product Manager role based in Reading, Berkshire - United Kingdom. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and translating business needs into clear product roadmaps and outcomes.

- Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Leading backlog refinement
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product releases
- Conducting market and user research
- Analyzing product performance metrics
- Making data-driven decisions to optimize features and user experience
- Facilitating agile ceremonies
- Managing cross-functional communication
- Supporting continuous improvement in product development processes

Qualifications
- Product management and strategy skills, including product lifecycle ownership, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present concepts and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Relevant experience in software product development; exposure to domains such as EdTech, FinTech, or Publishing is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, demonstrating ownership, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
