Product Manager – Ophthalmology

We’re partnering with a growing pharmaceutical business to appoint a commercially driven Product Manager – Ophthalmology. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning brand strategy, driving performance, and working cross-functionally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead UK brand strategy and execution in line with regional priorities.
  • Drive product performance through insights, KPIs, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop compliant campaigns and omnichannel activity to engage customers.
  • Partner with commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, and field teams.
  • Build relationships with external experts and support key industry events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Pharmaceutical product, brand, or commercial marketing experience.
  • Track record of growing products in a competitive pharmaceutical environment.
  • Good understanding of the UK healthcare system and ophthalmology market.
  • Experience in matrix or international organisations and partnering with field teams.
  • Commercial focus, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial approach and ability to operate globally.
