MERITUS are recruiting for a Product Manager to join a leading software organisation delivering enterprise Workflow & Case Management solutions to public sector customers. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical, legacy SaaS platform, driving product improvements and customer outcomes in a collaborative, product-led environment.

PRODUCT MANAGER – WORKFLOW & CASE MANAGEMENT – REMOTE – 9-MONTH CONTRACT – INSIDE IR35 – UP TO £700 PER DAY

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, or public sector technology. You'll be responsible for managing a mature Workflow & Case Management product, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities while working closely with engineering teams.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own the product roadmap, manage customer escalations, prioritise enhancements, and use customer insight and data to drive continuous improvement across a long-established platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap for an established Workflow & Case Management platform.
  • Manage customer escalations, identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define and prioritise product requirements.
  • Gather customer feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Commercial, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Oversee product enhancements from discovery through to release.
  • Analyse product performance and customer data to support informed product decisions.
  • Maintain clear product documentation and promote knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' Product Management experience within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience managing mature or legacy software products.
  • Previous exposure to Workflow Management, Case Management, or similar enterprise platforms is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engineering collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing customer escalations and competing priorities.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and prioritisation skills with a customer-focused approach.
