Catalogues Product Manager

At Klipboard, the primary role of the Product Manager is to be at the forefront of product innovation, working closely with engineering, design and business teams to create products and services to delight our customers. The PM is responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that addresses customer needs and supports the achievement of business goals. The PM acts as the voice of the customer and manages the entire lifecycle of the product or service.

The Catalogues Product Manager role is pivotal in building and managing:
- Data services and pipelines to populate the catalogue database from a variety of sources
- API’s that will power our catalogues
- Front end UI, which will consume the data
Key Responsibilities
As the Product Manager for Catalogue Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of product innovation. You will:
- Own the Product Backlog: Identify, prioritise and drive the backlog. Manage the development pipeline, ensuring that the highest-impact features are prioritised. Collaborate with key stakeholders, to continuously refine the product based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Drive the Product Roadmap: Create, maintain and communicate a product roadmap that is aligned with strategic goals. Participate in sprint planning and Agile practices to ensure timely delivery of features that meet market demands.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless communication and efficient product development. Lead ideation workshops to generate innovative solutions and drive product success.
- Market & Competitive Insights: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Product Management Experience: Minimum 2 years in product management or a related role
- Agile & Backlog Management: Proven track record of working within Agile frameworks, including backlog refinement and sprint planning. Experience with tools like Aha! or JIRA.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong background in working with senior stakeholders for requirement gathering, prioritisation, and product ideation.
- Cross-Product Collaboration: Demonstrated success in working across teams and business units to drive efficiency and achieve common goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Knowledge of data analytics and the use of customer feedback to guide product development and feature prioritisation.
