Product Manager – Risk & Compliance
I’m working with a leading professional services organisation on a Product Manager – Risk & Compliance opportunity, supporting a business-critical product area with Intapp as the core platform.
The role will play a key part in the ongoing development and improvement of the platform, as well as supporting an upcoming Intapp Cloud/SaaS upgrade. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, suppliers and colleagues across Product and Delivery to ensure the platform continues to meet business needs.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day product management of the Risk & Compliance product area, working across business processes, integrations and user journeys.
A major focus will be the upcoming Intapp Cloud upgrade, working alongside a Project Manager and Product Owner to assess existing processes and configuration, understand the impact of changes, support prioritisation and ensure the business is ready for the transition.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the day-to-day product management of the Risk & Compliance product area
- Manage and contribute to the product roadmap, backlog and prioritisation
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Translate requirements into clear product outcomes and prioritised work
- Support the Intapp Cloud/SaaS upgrade across planning, design, testing and implementation
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on users, processes and the wider operating model
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner throughout the upgrade
- Build strong relationships across business, technology, compliance and third-party suppliers
- Support release planning, testing, implementation readiness and adoption
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes and system use
- Ensure product risks, decisions and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated
Skills & Experience
- Experience working as a Product Manager or similar within enterprise applications, business systems or operational platforms
- Strong understanding of product management disciplines including roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation and user stories
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technology teams
- Experience supporting business change, transformation or product improvement in a business-critical environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intapp experience is a requirement
- Ideally 5+ years of Intapp experience, although candidates with less experience will be considered where they have supported an Intapp Cloud/SaaS upgrade
- Experience across Risk, Compliance, Conflicts, Client Intake or related Intapp workflows would be particularly relevant
- Experience with SaaS migrations, upgrades or platform modernisation is beneficial

Package & Location
- Salary: £85,000
- Location: Holborn, London
- Work Pattern: 3 days per week in the office
