We're partnering with a growing SaaS business that develops digital learning, competency and compliance solutions for safety-critical industries.
They're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a key product platform, driving roadmap development, stakeholder engagement and product delivery. This position will be client facing with a need to commute around the Aberdeen area to meet clients.
The Role
As Product Manager, you'll sit between customers, commercial teams and software engineering, ensuring the product evolves in line with market demand and customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and developing the product roadmap.
- Gathering customer requirements and translating them into prioritised features.
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Leading customer discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
- Acting as the go-to product expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Working closely with development and UX teams within an Agile environment.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies.

About You
- Proven Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst experience.
- Background within a SaaS or software-led business.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience balancing customer needs with commercial objectives.
- Comfortable presenting software solutions to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Agile product development experience.

The Package
- £50,000 - £60,000 salary
- Hybrid working (circa 3 days in office)
- Regular client engagement across the Aberdeen area
- Excellent opportunity to influence the direction of a growing software platform
