The Role

We're working with a long-established business entering the next stage of a major technology and product transformation, with a growing Product team now taking ownership of how new products and platforms are shaped and built.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who can take ownership and push product initiatives forward - shaping ideas, challenging requirements and working closely with Engineering and Design to turn problems into products that genuinely work.

A big part of this role is AI-led product development and rapid prototyping. We're specifically looking for someone who is already actively using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar to prototype ideas, explore solutions and accelerate the journey from concept to something tangible.

This isn't about simply using AI for meeting notes or documentation - we want someone who is genuinely experimenting with it and using it as part of how they build and think about products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
