Product Manager (Physical Products)
Lifestyle Products | Harlow, Essex | Competitive Salary
Do you love bringing physical products to life? We're recruiting for a Product Manager to join an established international lifestyle brand with an ambitious new product development roadmap.
This role offers ownership of consumer product categories from concept through launch, working closely with overseas suppliers, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver innovative products to global markets.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Product Executive, Product Development Executive, NPD professional, or Product Manager looking to take greater ownership in a fast-paced, innovative business.
The Role
- Manage physical products throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Develop new product concepts alongside internal stakeholders
- Create detailed product briefs, specifications, and launch plans
- Work closely with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
- Coordinate product sampling, testing, and approvals
- Manage product costings, pricing, and margin considerations
- Support compliance, quality, and packaging development
- Coordinate successful product launches across multiple markets
- Review product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams

About You
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience developing and launching physical consumer products. You may currently be working within:
- Consumer goods
- Lifestyle products
- Gaming accessories
- Consumer electronics
- Fashion accessories
- Homewares
- Outdoor or leisure products

You'll ideally have:
- Product Management, Product Development, or NPD experience
- Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Commercial awareness including costings and margins
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A genuine passion for consumer products
