We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our team at Smartodds as a Product Manager.
Based in North London, Smartodds provides in-depth research and analysis on sporting events around the world, supported by world-class, bespoke software platforms. About the role
As Product Manager, you will take ownership of areas of software within Smartodds architecture, from requirements gathering, prioritisation, roadmap, and client handover. Working across multiple projects with different clients and end users, you will oversee and contribute to product delivery within the Smartodds project framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis and documentation for a given product area
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to take ownership of the area roadmap, with a key contribution to the overall Smartodds roadmap
- Communicate delivery timeline and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Define scope of projects, balancing tech debt with business requirements
- Schedule and run project meetings such as stand ups, release meetings and retrospectives
- Ensure smooth delivery of releases working with clients and support teams through UAT and training

Skills & Experience
Required
- Demonstrated relevant industry experience in product management, typically around 5 years
- Knowledge of various software development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, Waterfall)
- Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to board-level executives
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise multiple work items based on urgency and business impact
- High attention to detail
Preferred
- Understanding of UX/UI
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot
- Keen Interest in Sport
