R&D Partners is seeking a Product Manager to act as the expert and strategic leader for a specific clinical market segment, ensuring that product development and innovation align with real-world clinical needs and market demands. You will play a key role in shaping product strategies, driving market insights, and building relationships with healthcare professionals to support the company's mission of advancing infection prevention solutions.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on the latest clinical practices, research, and market trends.
- Analyze competitors, identify unmet needs, and monitor pricing, regulatory, and technical developments.
- Serve as the go-to expert for clinical and product-related questions within your specialty.
- Develop and guide product strategies, ensuring alignment with market needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams to interpret market intelligence and identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry leaders.
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and meetings, confidently presenting products and clinical data.
- Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and training sessions for internal and external audiences.
- Provide input for marketing materials and clinical documentation.
- Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities to gather insights and strengthen partnerships.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, infection prevention practices, and medical device applications.
- Ability to translate clinical insights into actionable product and business strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, bioengineering, or a related field.
- Experience in clinical or regulated healthcare environments, particularly in infection prevention or medical devices.
- Exposure to roles involving product management, marketing, or customer engagement.
